I am a lot. A mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister. I am a worker, a friend, a reader, a doubter and believer. I am graduate of Wake Forest University School of Divinity and a candidate for ordination in the North Carolina Synod of the ELCA. I am a person figuring out what it means to be in this stage of my life. I love my family, my dogs. I sort of like my cat... but that's not his fault, he's pretty nice as cats go. I have good friends, a weird relationship with food and religion, and a deep longing to be present and patient with people and creations.
I'm not good at praying, though I do a lot of it and I will definitely not tell you how or when to pray or worship or even if you should.
I believe in Grace, Presence, Regret, Hope and Grief and that all of those things are holy.
